Courtyard by Marriott San Luis Potosi, Los Lagos

This property was an amazing surprise at the price. I did not expect such a nice place. We booked it for the swimming pool and the swimming pool was heated, which was amazing and there were beautiful plantings and shaded and sunny seating areas all around the pool They upgraded us to a suite which was wonderful, as we had an extra person with us. They did not charge us for the cot/camita, but having that made a huge difference in our comfort level. The place is spotless, although not brand new. The staff was lovely and the food at the restaurant was high-quality.

Super modern, clean, world-class hotel. You will feel like you are in Europe if you stay here. (As it happens, I am on my eighth stay here right now!) The restaurant is world-c;lass, and if you don't like that, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, too - I will probably try that out tonight. Rooms: Sparkling clean, and decorated in a very comfortable, contemporary way. Everything about this hotel screams "WELL-MAINTAINED!" and "CLEAN AND MODERN!" Desk staff are fantastic, and most of them speak English. Hortensia is a GREAT help. She is, I think, the desk staff manager, and ALWAYS solves any problem I may have quickly. :)
